This notice explains how Pilos uses details you submit on this website. For questions about your information, use our contact form.

What we collect

• Waitlist: your email address.
• Contact messages: your name, email address and message.
• Submission records: which form you used and when you submitted it.

Please do not include patient information or other sensitive personal information in a contact message.

Why we use it

We use waitlist details to send Pilos launch, early access and development updates that you request by joining. We use contact details to respond to your enquiry and continue the conversation you request.

Joining the waitlist is optional. You can stop updates at any time through the contact form. Submitting a contact message does not subscribe you to the waitlist.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database through the Sites hosting service. We also send new messages and waitlist signups to our private email inbox using FormSubmit. FormSubmit processes those submissions to provide email delivery and retains submissions for 30 days, as described in its documentation. The website does not make submissions available to other visitors. The hosting providers may process technical request information to operate and protect their services.

We do not sell form details or use them for third-party advertising.

Cookies and fonts

This website does not add advertising or analytics cookies. The fonts are served with the website. The hosting service may use technical cookies or logs needed to operate its services.

Your choices

We keep your details for the waitlist or contact message you submitted. You can ask us to remove them, correct them or provide a copy through our contact form. Please use the address you submitted so we can identify the record.
